Bella Sergeant-Awuse
Advisor
Bella Sergeant-Awuse is an educator and administrator of a multi-tier educational institution spanning crèche, nursery, primary, secondary, and boarding school systems. Her work centres on building efficient structures, strengthening operations, nurturing people, and creating environments in which both students and staff are equipped to thrive.
Beyond education, she is an influencer with a passion for style, wellness, intentional living, and personal growth. Her interests are varied, but connected by a curiosity about people, purpose, and the ways everyday choices and experiences shape who we become.
Central to her life and worldview is her Christian faith. She approaches leadership, influence, relationships, and opportunity through the lens of stewardship, believing that what is placed in one’s hands should be handled with intention, integrity, and a consciousness of God. Her faith is not simply an aspect of her identity, but the anchor from which she seeks to live, serve, grow, and continually be refined.
She considers herself, above all, a student of life and a romantic of the human condition, with an enduring fascination for people and the complexity of their experiences. She believes that ordinary moments often contain extraordinary lessons when one is attentive enough to notice them and humble enough to remain teachable.
At her core is a desire to live deliberately, remain grounded in God, steward her responsibilities well, and encourage others towards growth without requiring them to lose their authenticity along the way.
